Terms of Service

1. Service

Alphorix (alphorix.net) provides a hosted CRM and marketing automation product for forex brokers, prop firms and financial marketing teams (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & workspaces

Each customer gets an isolated workspace. You are responsible for the actions of every user you add. Keep passwords secret. Contact legal@alphorix.net for security escalations.

3. Subscription plans

The current plans are Basic ($250/month, 5 sales seats) and Advanced ($400/month, 10 sales seats). Extra sales seats cost $50/month each. All prices are in USD, exclusive of taxes; taxes are added at checkout where applicable.

4. Free trial

New workspaces get a 7-day free trial with full functionality and no credit card required. At the end of the trial you must choose a plan or the workspace enters a read-only state until you do.

5. Payment

We accept payment by card via Stripe or by bank transfer for quarterly/annual billing. Bank-transfer terms are set out in the invoice.

6. Data

You own your data. We store it securely and never share it with third parties. Full data export is available from the CRM at any time.

7. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing panel. On cancellation your workspace enters read-only for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alphorix operates. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in that jurisdiction.
