Inviting agents and setting seat count

Your plan comes with 5 or 10 sales seats included. You can add more at $50 / seat / month.
Add a new user
- Open Team in the sidebar
- Click + Add user
- Fill in name, email, role, and country/language
- They receive a login on the email you set
Roles
- Admin — full CRM access + billing
- Manager — can edit their team, tune rules, see all reports
- Sales — sees only assigned leads, works via Kanban
Buy extra seats
When you hit your seat limit, the Team page shows an Upgrade seats CTA that opens Stripe Checkout for additional seats.
