Getting started with Alphorix in 5 minutes
Welcome to Alphorix. This guide walks you through your first 5 minutes.
1. Create your workspace
Head to alphorix.net/signup and fill in your company details. You'll get a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
2. Invite your sales agents
Once logged in, open Team in the sidebar and click + Add user. Each seat comes with your plan (5 on Basic, 10 on Advanced).
3. Configure assignment rules
Go to Assignment Rules and pick a routing mode:
- Country + language — best for multi-market floors
- Round robin — evens out queue load
- Manual — sales manager assigns each lead
4. Connect your first lead source
On the Integrations page you'll find webhook URLs for Meta Leads, Google Ads, and a JavaScript embed script for your website form.
5. Watch leads flow in
Open Pipeline and you'll see incoming leads auto-routed to the right agent — with the SLA timer counting down.
That's it. You're live.
Route Meta Lead Ads submissions directly into Alphorix using our webhook endpoint.
