The Pipeline page is the sales agent's home base.
Five stages
- New — untouched, SLA counting down
- Contacted — first outreach logged
- Qualified — verified interest
- Converted — deposit made
- Lost — with a sub-status (KYC failed, under-age, no answer, etc.)
Drag to move
Grab any card and drop it into the next column. The change is logged to the lead's timeline automatically.
Sub-status badges
Each stage has color-coded sub-statuses — e.g. Hot, Warm, KYC pending, Under age — set from inside the lead detail.
SLA safety net
Any lead sitting in New past its SLA window (default 24h) gets a red Past SLA badge. Logging a call or email clears the badge instantly.
